Group, LLC make an erroneous statement
that " Simplx
is the world's largest dropshipping product source for those who sell
on auction sites and on their own websites" But they have not
even have been in business for a year as of today 12-08-06
Q. So who is Simplx Really?
Simplx is Zibus is also
NuLife Financial who is Lee, Joshua
- they switch their whois info often to fool all of us, and use
different names and address's, but they were not smart enough to use
different servers with different IP

Misleading
Statement below: "taken from Simplx own words"
"Simplx.com is a wholly owned subsidiary of Simplicity Group, LLC.
Simplicity Group was founded in July of 2001 and incorporated as a
Limited Liability Utah company shortly thereafter with the vision of
building a scalable loyalty ECommerce platform to be used across all
industries."
Simplx did
incorporate but it was nor shortly thereafter, it was not until January
of 2002. Also they are not telling us in their statement when Simplx
was started, the whois record shows December of 2005.
Simplx wants us to
think that they started in 2001, it's not true
