Nov 04, 2006 Received email from Nick stating he was removing all those false links and he will not use these trademarks Nov 03, 2006 UsellCorp gave them a demand letter to remove those untrure statements and the use of their Trademark Nov 03. 2006 We replied with - I suggest to look into trademark laws, you know the ones your breaking using terms in google such as doba, usellcorp, worldwidebrands and others - I know for a fact they are getting ready to sue YOU Nov 02, 2006 Reveived a second deman letter from Nick concerning his picture with a date of 11-05 to file action if we did not remove it. Oct 27, 2005 Received email from Nick demanding for us to remove his picture from our review. |
